The Leadership Coach Exceptional & Exhausted Senior Leaders Eventually Find

Exceptional & Exhausted senior leaders hire me to become the leader their next level is already waiting for without losing themselves in the process.

RECENT CLIENTS:

Senior Leader (Tech): Promoted in 6 months. €75K total comp increase. Stopped working weekends. Team now autonomous. Her daughter noticed the difference within weeks.

Senior Leader (Consumer Goods): Said no to 3 major projects. Reputation increased, not damaged. The guilt in front of the longest to-do list stopped running the show.

Senior Leader (Finance): Turned down London secondment. No guilt. Negotiated remote work instead. Family intact and stronger.

Senior Leader (Consulting): Left Big 4 for a boutique. €180K package from €140K. Held value and boundaries in the negotiation.

THE PATTERN:

You built the career by overdelivering.
Now that same pattern is the ceiling.
The calendar belongs to everyone else.
Delegation feels like a risk you cannot afford.
Your team brings everything to you because you always absorb it.
Your leadership toolkit has one tool: work harder.
That got you here.
It will not get you to what comes next.

WHAT ACTUALLY SHIFTS:

Not surface tactics. Instead, depth work combining corporate strategy, self and stakeholder psychology, emotional intelligence, and body practice The Integration Method™.

Where the overdelivering pattern originated and why understanding it is the beginning of having a genuine choice about it.

Why insight alone does not change it. The pattern lives in the body and the identity, not just the mind.

How to navigate corporate politics, lead your team, and make clean decisions from clarity rather than obligation.

What the next level of leadership actually requires strategic presence and judgment, not harder work or longer hours.

THE TRANSFORMATION:

FROM: Calendar hijacked · Exhausted and unrecognised · Team dependent on you for everything
TO: Strategic presence · Clean decisions · Promoted, recognised, and home for dinner

WHY LISTEN TO ME:

I have been in those rooms. I know what it cost. 14 years in investment banking across 4 countries. Built my career on overdelivering. Burned out when that pattern hit its ceiling. Now with 3,000+ sessions with senior leaders, I have seen this pattern cost careers, relationships, and health until it is addressed at the root rather than managed at the surface. LSE. MBA in International Management. I also hold the ICF PCC credential, verified through the ICF Switzerland coach directory.

HOW WE WORK:

3-Month Intensive, The Integration Method™  – deep transformation work, not tips but pattern work, identity shift, career strategy

FREE TURNING POINT CALL:

30 minutes, no pitch, to look at where the pattern is operating in your leadership specifically and whether working together makes sense.

If you are a senior leader who is exhausted by overdelivering and ready to do the deeper work, book a free Turning Point Call. If you are not ready yet but want to stay connected, join the newsletter. I also write regularly in my blog.

MY MISSION

As Simon Sinek advises, a deeper sense of meaning emerges once we find out Why. His Ted Talk can be found in this link, and my own Why is reflected here. Most of the senior leaders I work with are not struggling because they lack capability. They are struggling because the overdelivering pattern that built their career has become the thing quietly working against them at the level they are now trying to reach.

They are exceptional at their work. Yet they are also exhausted by it. And somewhere underneath the performance, they know that working harder is no longer the answer — although they do not yet know what is.

My work is to help exceptional and exhausted senior leaders find that answer. Not through surface tactics or frameworks they will forget by Wednesday. Instead, through the deeper work that addresses the pattern at the level where it actually lives — not in the diary or the inbox, but in the nervous system, the beliefs, and the identity built around being the person who never lets anyone down.

What becomes possible on the other side is not a harder or less caring version of you. The dedication stays. What goes is the compulsion to absorb everything, manage everyone’s comfort before your own, and earn your value again every Monday morning. You advance not by doing more but by finally leading from a different place. And you discover, perhaps for the first time, what it feels like to have the career and the life — not one at the expense of the other.
