Legal
Terms and conditions
Last updated: November 2026
These terms explain how working with us works: what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and how payments, rescheduling and refunds are handled.
In short:
- These terms apply to everything you buy from us or use from us.
- Digital products, such as our workbooks, are delivered straight away and are non-refundable. Coaching and readings have their own refund rules, set out in section 10.
- When you choose a payment plan, you commit to every payment in it.
- If you don’t pay what you owe, we may take legal action to collect it, and you pay the costs.
- What we teach and give you is for your own use. You may not copy, share or teach it to others, during your work with us or after.
- Don’t record our sessions or upload our materials into AI tools.
- We can’t promise results. What you get out of coaching depends on you.
- Swiss law applies.
If anything is unclear, please email us at info@coachandyou.com before you buy. We are happy to explain.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
“Coach & You”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Coach & You, Danguole Litvinskaite, PO Box 192, 3700 Spiez, Switzerland, info@coachandyou.com. “You” means anyone who uses our websites or buys or uses what we offer, including anyone who gets access to our materials through someone else. When you work with us one to one, we call you a client.
These terms apply to your use of our websites coachandyou.com and danguolelitvinskaite.com and all their subdomains, and to everything we offer: our coaching programmes, readings, digital products, workshops and free offers. They also apply to every programme or product we create, run and sell in the future. If we rename an offer, or replace it with a new one, these terms apply to it in the same way.
These are our only terms. They replace all earlier versions. Your own terms and conditions, if you have any, do not apply. If a specific offer page or a written agreement with you sets out different terms for a service, those take priority for that service.
2. Agreeing to these terms
You agree to these terms when you use our websites, sign up for anything we offer, or buy from us. When you buy, we ask you to confirm them with a tick box. When you confirm, the current terms apply to your whole relationship with us from then on. We keep a record of which version you confirmed, when and how.
3. Our services
We offer coaching and related services for senior professionals, currently including:
- The Turning Point: a coaching programme of individual sessions, with support between sessions and a written plan, as described on the offer page at the time of purchase. It includes the Personal Blueprint Reading.
- The Integration Method™: a three-month coaching programme to carry a decision through.
- Personal Blueprint Reading: a written analysis and a live session by video call (see section 8).
- Digital products: such as the workbook Make Next Year Count (see section 9).
The content, number of sessions, duration and price of each service are described on its offer page or in your written confirmation. Sessions take place by video call unless agreed otherwise.
We also offer free resources, such as the Turning Point call, our quiz, guides and the Exceptional & Exhausted newsletter. Quiz results and free content are general reflections to help you think, not personal advice.
We keep improving our offers. Content, formats and tools may change over time, as long as the core of what you bought stays the same.
Bonuses. Bonuses are extras we add to an offer, for example an extra worksheet. A bonus is not part of what you pay for. We may change, replace, postpone or cancel a bonus at any time, and you are then not entitled to a refund, compensation or replacement.
4. Who can buy and use our services
Our services are for adults aged 18 or over who are able to agree to these terms.
Your access is for you, the person who bought it. You may not share your login or download links, let anyone else use your access, or use an offer on someone else’s behalf. If your employer pays for your coaching, the coaching is still for you, and what you share stays confidential (see section 11).
When you sign up, give us your real name, your own email address and correct contact details, and keep them up to date. Use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for every purchase made by you or for you.
We are based in Switzerland. If you use our services from another country, you are responsible for following the laws that apply where you are.
5. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including any VAT that applies. Fees your bank or card provider charges, for example for currency conversion, are yours to pay.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details.
Your order is confirmed once we have received payment, or the first instalment of an agreed payment plan. We send you a confirmation by email. If anything in it is wrong, please tell us straight away.
We work hard to describe our services and prices correctly. If we make a mistake, we may correct it, and we may cancel an order placed at a wrong price and refund you.
Some prices are offered for a limited time, for example a reduced price shown with a countdown after you take our quiz, or a price for newsletter subscribers for a set number of hours. When that time ends, the regular price applies. Coupons and special rates, such as founding places, apply only to the service and period stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and cannot be applied to an earlier purchase.
We may refuse an order without giving a reason. We may change or stop any part of our services, but we always deliver what you have already paid for.
6. Payment plans and unpaid amounts
If you choose a payment plan, each instalment is due on the agreed date, and you commit to the full price of the service. Stopping the programme early, cancelling or no longer taking part doesn’t end what you owe, unless a refund rule in section 10 applies.
If a payment fails, we will let you know and give you 10 days to settle it. If it remains unpaid, we may pause your sessions and access until it is paid, and the whole remaining amount becomes due at once.
We charge interest on overdue amounts, as Swiss law allows (article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
If you don’t pay, we may take legal action to collect what you owe, and pass the debt to a collection agency or a lawyer, in Switzerland or in your country. You pay the costs of collecting it, as far as the law allows.
A chargeback or payment dispute with your bank doesn’t cancel what you owe. We may refuse to sell to you again until everything you owe is paid.
7. Sessions, scheduling and rescheduling
Sessions are booked through our online calendar or by agreement with you.
If you need to move a session, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, count as delivered, unless the reason is a genuine emergency.
If we need to move a session, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a new time at no cost to you.
Coaching programmes are designed to be completed within a set period. Sessions of The Turning Point should be used within four months of your first session, and sessions of The Integration Method™ within the programme period. Sessions not used within this period expire, unless we have agreed an extension with you in writing.
Support between sessions, such as voice notes, is available on working days. We aim to reply within 48 hours on working days.
8. Personal Blueprint Reading
The Personal Blueprint Reading consists of a written analysis of 8 to 12 pages, delivered as a PDF, and a 50-minute live session by video call, made for you by Danguole.
The reading requires your date, exact time and place of birth. By ordering, you confirm that you know your exact time of birth. After your purchase, you will be asked for these details and the questions you would like the reading to address. Please check them carefully: the reading is based on what you send us, and we can’t redo it because the details you sent were wrong. We begin work once we have received them.
Your reading is for you. You may keep it, print it and share it with people close to you. You may not publish it, sell it, or use it to give readings to others. You may send us the birth details of someone else, for example for a gift, only with their permission.
Danguole makes the analysis herself, and we use AI tools to help turn it into the written document, as explained in our privacy policy.
Astrology is an interpretive art, not a predictive science. The reading is a tool for reflection and personal development. It doesn’t predict events, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice. Your own judgement remains the final authority on your life. See also our results disclaimer.
9. Digital products and workbooks
Our digital products, such as the workbook Make Next Year Count, are files you download, for example a PDF. What a product includes, its format and its price are shown on its offer page.
Delivery. We send your download link by email straight after your payment. If it hasn’t arrived within one hour, please check your spam folder, then write to info@coachandyou.com and we will send it again. Please save the file on your own device, because download links may stop working after 12 months.
What you need. A device that opens PDF files, and a printer if you want to fill it in by hand. Please check this before you buy.
Your licence. When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the product for yourself. You may print it and fill it in as often as you like for your own use. You may not:
- share the file or the download link with anyone else;
- use it with your team, your clients, or in a training or workshop;
- copy, change, sell or publish it, in whole or in part;
- upload it into an AI tool to copy or rebuild it.
If you want to use a workbook with a team or in your company, write to us for a team licence. If your employer pays, the licence is still for one person: the person whose email address was used to buy.
Updates. We may improve our products and send you a new version, but we don’t have to.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Digital products
Our digital products give you immediate access to a download, so all sales are final. At checkout you ask for your download to start straight away, and you confirm that you thereby lose any right to withdraw from your purchase, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, as far as the law allows. We give no refunds or partial refunds. If a file doesn’t arrive or doesn’t open, tell us and we will send it again.
Personal Blueprint Reading
Each reading is created individually for you. If you have not yet submitted your birth details and we have not started work, you may cancel by emailing info@coachandyou.com for a full refund. Once work on your reading has begun, the purchase is non-refundable.
The Turning Point
If, after your first session, you feel that the programme is not right for you, tell us within 7 days of that session and we will refund the sessions you have not yet used. The Personal Blueprint Reading included in the programme is yours to keep and is not refunded once it has been delivered. Any other refund rule stated on the offer page at the time of your purchase also applies. After this period, we give no refunds or partial refunds.
The Integration Method™ and other coaching
Because we reserve time and capacity for you, coaching programmes are non-refundable once they have started, unless the offer page or your written agreement states otherwise. Where nothing is stated for another offer, all sales are final once it has started.
Consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer living in the European Union and you book a coaching service or a reading, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. By booking a start date within this period, or sending your birth details, you expressly ask us to begin the service early. If you withdraw after the service has begun, you pay an amount proportionate to what has already been delivered. You lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. For digital products, see above.
11. Confidentiality and recordings
Everything you share with us in coaching is treated as strictly confidential. We follow the ICF Code of Ethics. We don’t share what you tell us with anyone, including your employer if they pay for your coaching, unless you agree, the law requires us to, or there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.
Please keep our programme materials, and any session recordings that are not public, to yourself, unless we agree otherwise in writing. This continues after your work with us ends.
Sessions are not recorded unless both of us agree in writing beforehand. Free calls, such as the Turning Point call, are recorded only if you tick the box for it when you book. Our privacy policy explains how we use and delete these recordings. You may not record a session, or bring an AI note-taker or recording tool into it, without our written consent. Our workshops and webinars may be recorded and shared as replays. If you don’t want to appear in a recording, turn off your camera and don’t use the chat. We can’t remove anyone’s video, voice or chat messages afterwards.
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
12. Intellectual property
Everything we provide belongs to Coach & You or its licensors: the names, concepts, methods, frameworks, structure, the Personal Blueprint, workbooks, worksheets, templates, recordings, voice notes, emails, the content of our websites and all other materials. It is protected by copyright, trademark and competition law. Buying gives you no ownership of any of it.
You may use our materials for your own personal development and in your own work. This permission is personal to you. You cannot pass it on, and it ends if you break these terms. Without our written permission, you may not copy, change, share, sell, publish or show our materials to anyone else, use them commercially, or make anything new from them.
Coach & You, The Turning Point, The Integration Method™, Exceptional & Exhausted, our offer names, logos and graphics are ours. These terms give you no right to use them.
The ideas, notes and plans you create during coaching belong to you.
13. Don’t copy our programmes
You may use what you learn in your own life and work. You may not teach, sell, license or reuse how our programmes and products are taught or built. In particular, you may not, yourself or through someone else:
- create, offer or deliver a free or paid programme, workbook, training or service that is the same as, very similar to, or based on any of ours;
- copy a programme’s concept, structure, steps or exercises;
- present one of our programmes or products, or a version of it, as your own work;
- upload our materials or recordings into an AI tool to copy or rebuild them, or to train an AI on them;
- help anyone else do any of these things.
This applies to anyone who has seen or used any of our materials, in any way, during and after their work with us, with no time limit, wherever they are.
Danguole talks publicly about parts of her methods, for example in her newsletter, blog and on LinkedIn. You are welcome to refer to and discuss what she has made public, with credit. That doesn’t give you the right to copy, sell or teach our programmes or something very similar.
14. AI
We use AI tools to help us work, for example for drafting. They don’t replace our judgement, and coaching decisions are made by people, together with you.
AI can get things wrong. Nothing an AI tool produces is financial, legal, tax or professional advice. If we share AI-assisted material with you, please check it before you rely on it.
15. Your responsibility and no guarantee of results
Coaching is a partnership. The results depend largely on your commitment, your circumstances and the decisions you and others make. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as a promotion, a new role, a salary, clients or income. Examples of client results on our website describe individual experiences and are not typical or promised results. Please also read our results disclaimer.
Our services are for self-reflection and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice. Where we discuss your income, savings, pension or finances, this is for planning and reflection only, and we recommend that you take advice from a qualified professional before acting. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
Coaching is not therapy and is not suitable in an acute crisis. If you are in crisis, please contact your doctor or local emergency services.
16. What you share with us
You keep the rights to anything you send or share with us. Only share things you own or have permission to use.
If you give us feedback or a testimonial, we use it in our marketing only with your permission and in the form you approve, for example with your first name and role, or anonymously. If you join at a founding rate, you agree, in return for that rate, to give short feedback after your sessions and an honest testimonial at the end, in your own words.
We may use feedback, with names and details removed, to improve our offers.
17. Use of this website
You may use this website for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse it, for example by copying its content, framing its pages, or trying to gain unauthorised access to it.
You are welcome to link to our home page or to individual pages, as long as the link is fair, not misleading and doesn’t suggest that we endorse you. Our logo may not be used without our written permission.
If you post comments on this website, you confirm that they are lawful and don’t infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove any comment at our discretion.
We use cookies as described in our privacy policy.
18. Liability
We provide our services with care and to the best of our knowledge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage connected with our services, direct or indirect, including lost income, lost opportunities and consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the price you paid for the service the claim is about.
The information on our websites is provided free of charge and without warranty. We may change it without notice, and we don’t guarantee that it is complete, accurate or always available.
Our websites link to other websites, and we use platforms and tools from other companies. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or how they work. You use them at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
19. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as illness, accidents, technical failures, platform outages, hacker attacks, pandemics or natural events. In such a case we will tell you as soon as we can and reschedule the affected sessions as soon as possible. If it lasts more than 60 days, either of us may end the contract, and we refund any sessions not yet delivered.
20. If you break these terms
If we believe you have broken these terms, we may pause or end your access and sessions, without a refund.
If you break section 13 (don’t copy our programmes), for example by selling, teaching or offering a programme based on ours, you pay us a contractual penalty of CHF 3,000 for each breach. Paying it doesn’t release you from the rule. We may still ask a court to stop you, claim further damages and recover our legal costs.
If your breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you cover our losses and costs, including legal fees.
21. How we contact each other
Notices to us should be sent by email to info@coachandyou.com, or by post to Coach & You, PO Box 192, 3700 Spiez, Switzerland.
We contact you mainly by email, at the address you have given us. You agree to receive messages from us electronically, and anything we send that way counts as being in writing.
22. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and we will let you know. The current version is always available on this page. For a one-off purchase, the version in force at the time of your purchase applies. For a programme already running, changes apply only if you don’t object within 30 days of our email. If you object, the terms you agreed to when you bought continue to apply to that programme.
23. General
The rules on intellectual property, copying our programmes, confidentiality, unpaid amounts, liability, and Swiss law and courts still apply after your work with us ends.
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in force. The invalid part is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to what it meant.
If these terms are ever translated, the English version applies.
24. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
These terms, and your whole relationship with us, are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Spiez, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, including your right to bring a claim at your place of residence, remain unaffected. We may also take legal action against you where you live.
