Results disclaimer

1. Results vary

Coaching results are personal. They depend on many things outside our control, including your experience, your commitment, how you put things into practice, your health, your family situation, your employer, the job market and the wider economy.

The examples of client results on our websites, in our emails and on social media, including figures such as a higher package, a promotion within a certain time or additional total compensation, describe what individual clients achieved. They are not typical or average results, and they are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from our services, such as a promotion, a new role, a salary increase, a successful exit from your company, clients, income or a particular decision, because other people decide many of those. What we commit to is the quality of our work with you: careful preparation, honest reflection and practical support, so that you walk into those conversations having decided, prepared, and as yourself.

3. Client stories and testimonials

All testimonials and client stories on our websites are genuine and are shared with the permission of the people concerned. Some have been shortened for length, and in some cases names, roles, figures or details have been changed or left out to protect confidentiality. Testimonials reflect the personal views of the people who gave them.

We don’t pay for testimonials. Founding clients receive a reduced rate and agree in return to give honest feedback and a testimonial in their own words. We never tell anyone what to say.

4. Not professional advice

Our services and content are for self-reflection and personal development. They are not medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment or financial advice, and coaching is not therapy. If you are in an acute crisis, please contact your doctor or local emergency services.

When we work with your numbers, such as your income, savings, pension or the financial side of a career move, this is for planning and reflection only. Before you make financial, legal or tax decisions, please take advice from a qualified professional who knows your full situation.

5. The Personal Blueprint and astrology

The Personal Blueprint uses astrology as a tool for reflection, to help you understand how you are built and what a moment may be asking of you. Astrology is an interpretive art, not a predictive science. It does not predict events and should not be used as the only basis for important decisions. If astrology is not for you, we leave it out of our work together.

6. Workbooks and other digital products

Our workbooks, such as Make Next Year Count, are tools to help you think and prepare. Using one doesn’t guarantee that your manager, your employer or anyone else will agree with your plan, or that you will get a particular rating, role or pay rise.

7. Free resources and examples

Our quiz, guides, newsletter and other free content offer general reflections and examples. They are not personal advice and do not take your individual circumstances into account.

8. AI-assisted content

We use AI tools to help us draft some of our content. Danguole checks everything we publish, but AI can get things wrong. Please use your own judgement, and check anything important before you rely on it.

9. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for their results. By using our websites and services, you accept that we are not liable for decisions you make based on our content or coaching, as further set out in our terms and conditions.
