Fear of the consequences of change can sabotage our goals. In this video, I discuss how to handle the change and ensure the achievement of your goals.

Take a look at the 3 step FRAMEWORK of CHANGE and apply the insights to accelerate the achievement of your goal!
Once you become 1) AWARE of your wish and get 2) CURIOUS about how this would be possible, the next step is to set your 3) INTENTION and start acting towards your goal. Then it comes a time when you feel you need some more firepower and source your 4) INSPIRATION. The next step is to embrace the 5) CHANGE. Change brings a difference to your current state. And it could feel uncomfortable sometimes (even when you know it is beneficial to you) yet change means coming closer to your desired goal.
