Hi there, I am Danguole.

My inspiration to explore the area of leadership development stems from the fact that a great leadership is the cornerstone of progress in a society. Good leadership brings out the best in you and the people around you. At its core, leadership encourages you to foster your creativity, enables your self-exploration and invites you to dream big! By better understanding and addressing your strengths and insecurities it helps you to embrace diversity and ultimately to deliver better results.

Whilst holding a number of senior roles in finance in multiple European countries I worked with different types of leaders. I identified a few common practices that made these leaders transformational and I saw that leaders with increased awareness and continuous self-exploration managed to stay focused, motivated and achieved greater results. They were able to better communicate the common goal and capable of identifying areas for future personal development for themselves and others. In other words, they successfully led to the achievement of a set goal and ensured well-being of themselves and their team during the process.

Today I integrate my professional experiences from my international career, MBA studies and my lifelong fascination with personal advancement into my work as a certified ICF (International Coach Federation) coach.
